General Terms of Sale

Payment: in cash, by check - holiday vouchers accepted - or bank transfer (IBAN/BIC)

Reservation guarantee: after payment of 1/3 of the total stay amount with a minimum of 1 night's stay.

Check-in: from 5 PM - Check-out: the room must be vacated by 11 AM
Parking on the property

Additional Features of the Clos de Fougères

  • On sunny days, breakfast is served in the garden at individual or communal tables on request
  • Free access to the heated pool at 27°C from May to October, with comfortable sun loungers.
  • Kitchenette and barbecue available, allowing you to have lunch or dinner in the garden

DIRECTIONS: To reach Clos de Fougères: take the A6 motorway, exit at Pouilly en Auxois, follow directions to Dijon A38 and take exit No. 27 Aubigny les Sombernon, follow directions to Montoillot, and follow the signs in the village.

RESERVATION

Availability or reservation requests, or any changes to them, must be made by email (or by letter if necessary).

Our confirmation of availability or reservation will also be given in writing.
Phone inquiries about availability are purely informational.

Reservation Validation

Stays are guaranteed by the receipt of a deposit which corresponds to 1/3 of the total amount of the stay, with a minimum amount equal to the price of one night.
Deposits are cashed upon receipt and must be sent no later than 5 days after the reservation request.
A confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of the deposit.

Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these general terms of sale.

Payment by check (bank domiciled in France to the order of M BEAUFREMEZ) or by IBAN/BIC transfer or by ANCV holiday vouchers.

CHECK-IN TIMES

We will be happy to welcome you from 5 PM, unless otherwise arranged. Please announce your arrival time no later than the day before your arrival.

CHECK-OUT TIMES

Please vacate your room before 11 AM on the day of your departure.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email:

  • If cancellation occurs 30 days before the stay date, the deposit is refunded
  • From 29 to 10 days before the scheduled stay date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Less than 10 days before the scheduled date: the deposit will be retained by the owner.
  • Any cancellation during the stay results in full payment of the stay.

Cancellation Insurance

We encourage our clients to take out cancellation insurance with their insurer. Generally, the risks covered are: rental risks, refund of the deposit due to a justified cancellation, stay interruption.

USE OF PREMISES

The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises.
Children are warmly welcomed, however, we remind you that they are under the full responsibility of their parents. The pool is not supervised and no child may stay in the pool area without the direct presence of a parent.

Your car in the parking lot, although private, remains your full responsibility.

Acceptance and compliance with these terms of sale are deemed accepted upon payment of deposits.
